One way to do it is to place the VR in a separate HTML page, then
reference it as a popup window from the Flash movie. This works well
for showing QTVRs on an aerial photo for example. The advantage is that
you don't need to pre-load the VR panorama. Another advantage is that
you can use resizable QTVRs.

Apparently there are several ways of producing popups from within
Flash. I use a smart clip which I downloaded from the macromedia
exchange a couple of years ago. If you need more specifics I will
gladly furnish them.
