The small movie works on my Mac with Safari and QT 6.3. The "large" movie is the same filesize as the small one, ~470KB. It has only half of the tiles. About half of it appears. It is upside-down. Are you sure you uploaded the whole movie? Since it is save disabled, I can't look at the movie in QuickTime Pro.

From your source code I see a commented out EMBED tag. If you want to have the movie on the web page, you'll need to put the EMBED tag within an OBJECT tag for Windows viewers' browsers that don't work with EMBED. See Apple site for instructions and getting the ActiveX thingie.
