We just downloaded the new beta version of PANO2QTVR and it has a very nice Flash export interface. The product is still beta, but the only drawback I can see is that it does not seem to handle the upper edges of the image as smooth as QT and when you zoom in and out it is much slower and less smooth than in QT. If you set up the field of view and other options for QT it all translates to the Flash export function, so it is really easy to set-up a template for both formats.
