Unfortunately, copyrights don't apply to manufactured goods. If you don't want someone to copy your stuff, you apply for a patent in those countries where you desire protection. Product names are handled with trademarks.

It doesn't look like this QuickClick head is an exact copy of the Precision head, but it's obviously similar.  If there were patents violated with the QuickClick, I'm sure it will be rectified.

The QuickClick does come close to our QuickPan® trademark and we're looking into it.

I lost count how many times someone has copied our designs (i.e. Agnos, 3D Anywhere), I suppose it's all part of the game. Most of the companies that copied us are no longer in business.

In general, competition is good. It helps to keep everyone on their toes and ensures value to customers.
