This morning I tested more than 50 .mov files on 5 different sites with no
plugin error messages. That is not surprising since the error seems to be
very unpredictable. Others are now reporting this plugin error at a variety
of sites, including some of the demos on apple.com. There is no indication
that the error is related to the content or programming on the sites
themselves.
Everyone reporting the error is using QT7.4 in IE (v5, 6 or 7) on Windows
(XP or Vista), and did not experience problems prior to upgrading to QT7.4.

More importantly, does anyone know if Apple is working on a fix?
