I dont think that Apple and MS will do anything with this problem.
Apple will not want to have work with old browsers of MS.
And Microsoft doesnt like to solve a problem with a plugin of Apple.
So best will be telling the visitors to upgrade to IE7 when using QT
7.4.
Should be no big demand, because IE7 is more advanced in other
aspects too?

Yes, i know that is not the best solution, but a possible one?

Hi Ayrton,
I agree that Firefox is a much better option than IE. And I
certainly agree
that Mac is a much better OS than Windows. But what you and I
prefer is not
the point.
The reality is that the majority of my clients' customers use IE on
Windows.
So if QT7.4 is producing plugin errors in IE on Windows, then it's
a problem
for me.... and I think for you too.
All the best,
Tom
