Re: Digital Photo/files as Evidence in court of Law

These questions about digital photos being more or less admissible in
court has long since been settled:

Ya, ya - bla, bla, bla - my rights have been removed - want me to be quiet:

You can say all you want about it - but I STILL don't want my Freedom, my Rights,
or my Life - hanging on, or defending against - some DIGITAL FILES.

And yes, ALL kinds of things (very lately) have been "settled" (and alot of them without Americans even being aware of them)
and are constantly headed in the direction of removing our rights & freedoms.

Street corners are filming you now. Do you think that video of you can't be manipulated?
They can make it say anything they want it to say. And they are doing it now.

More digital in court - to reinforce the case . . . . hmmmm

you tell me . .

Uh, oh - sorry, you are the owner - of the actual manufacturing company that has a lucrative business selling it to the many
thousands of Federal, State, and local municiple Law enforcement agencies . . .

My point - as a developer in the digital world - I know that
digital files can be hacked and the most obvious - I wouldn't want to risk/defend/depend my life on them.

Oh ya, don't forget what happend to the guy who created the Guillateen . . it was used against him in the end.

(I'll bet a lot of you reading - if it gets posted - know what I mean about the countries direction - but again - fear is even now
stopping you from either talking about it - or acting.
To be silent - is to be in agreement)

Kind regards ya'll,
