User-agent: Internet Messaging Program (IMP) 3.2.2
Hi Everyone
I thought this might interest you. I have just created a virtual tour for Grays
of Westminster, the UK's famous Nikon-only photographic shop.
Here is the link (note the Flash and QuickTime options at the top):

And the technical details, for those who are interested:
The rooms were measured, and two and three dimensional isometric 'cut-away'
projections were constructed in Nemetschek's VectorWorks package. These were
exported to Adobe Illustrator and then to Photoshop.
Scenes with windows were composited using HDR techniques.
All interior panoramas were shot using a Nikon D3 (superior low noise
characteristics at ISO400) and Nikkor AF 16mm fisheye, except the outside
panorama, which was shot with a Nikon D2x and the Nikkor AF 10.5mm fisheye.
Both cameras were mounted on 360Precision Adjuste heads, and the D3/16mm lens
combo was calibrated in situ at the client's premises.
Post processing was done in Adobe Camera RAW and Photoshop, and stitched using
Stitcher.
Web optimisation was using CubicConverter, and opted for a relatively 'small' QT
movie size of between 900KB to 1.2MB for quicker downloads.
Flash Panorama Player was used for Flash playback, conveniently it references
the same QT movies as the QT plug-in. (In testing we found that the majority of
PC users preferred the Flash version and the majority of Mac users preferred
the QuickTime version, so I decided to offer both).
Full screen playback using Pleinpot.

Enjoy and I look forward to your comments and suggestions.
