You don't want to use the Tokina 10-17mm for panoramas because it has
no manual focus override. It's always in auto-focus and if the focus
changes from shot to shot then your lens optimization parameters
(a,b,c,d,e) will vary slightly which means you won't get very good
stitches. You need a fisheye lens that has manual focus so that the
focus does not change at all from shot to shot in order to ensure
continuity in the lens parameters.
