Hi Johnnie,

I create interpretive products on the National Parks which feature large VR scenes of the entire Park. I sometimes run into a similar problem. I have been using VRWorx to create the links and hotspots. I've worked with their developer intensively a couple of times over periods of weeks when I was on deadline with a project and the big scene was acting up with the hotspots going crazy, but we never have been able to pin down exactly what was happening.
I think it is a problem with QuickTime VRs code, not the hotspot creating software, but I really don't know exactly what is causing things to go crazy or exactly what the threshold is that makes things come apart. Sometimes it helps to resize all your source images so that both dimensions are divisible by 96, but sometimes that doesn't make any difference.

Hi gang,
I'm having a problem with Cubic Connector 2.0. I have a project with roughly 70 nodes (movies imported) with about 700-800 hotspots total. It's a big project and each movie file may have about roughly 50 or more hotspots.. some have up to 74.

My problem is that every time I go to insert an anchor tag link (html page that opens in a new window) to each hotspot, somehow others get disorientated when I create my final "export single nodes" rendering.
So if I have one panorama with 70 hotspots.. I click on one and add a url like this A<article.htm>T<_blank>.... for some reason another link in another movie will be altered on the project..
It seems like there's a memory overflow issue with Cubic Connector and I'm cramming too much information. Anyone know how to resolve this problem?
If there's no solution, does anyone know of any other VR authoring programs that give me the ability to add interactive maps with a compass and viewport as well as adding hotspots?
I was looking at Panorama Express by www.imatronics.com. It looks promising but someone told me that it may be a shot in the dark.
Thanks all.
