is it correct that there is no royalties for Apple in redistributing qt
with my own software, even if I am selling it, I mean with profit?

The license process is easy and generous. There are no royalties. Go to http://developer.apple.com/mkt/swl/agreements.html#QuickTime fill out the various forms and send them in. Pay attention to what they send you back -- in the past the package has included goodies like instructions on how to customize the installer. (Information which is hard to find otherwise.)
