this slipped by for a while now, until 1.3.1_01 , we looked for the current
version and since its 1.3 the ext directory was never found as we looked for
JRE/1.3/ext.

Workaround :
-Use JDK 1.3
-Or set the Classpath of your app to look in the System directory for
QTJava.zip

sorry, we are stuck with this till the new QT is released.
