I don't understand this one:

The QT Installer set my Classpath Environment Variable to:
C:\Program Files\JavaSoft\JRE\1.3.1_01\lib\ext

Yet it did not install QTJava.zip there.
It installed QTJava.zip in C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM

What's going on here?
