I blogged a while ago about this on O'R: All the images are gone because I was hosting them on .Mac and have since gone mail-only. Don't panic. Anyways, the blog talks about taking two versions of this anime movie that was available for download, one in English and the other in Japanese, and combining them into one movie with two audio tracks: -- snip -- QuickTime has had multiple audio tracks since long before most people had heard of DVD's. In fact, if you download both the dubbed and subtitled movies, you can combine them into one movie with QT Player:
Now the user can just enable whichever audio track they like - and if the movie is embeded in a web page, the audio track enable/disable can be handled with _javascript_ and LiveConnect on browsers that support it. -- snip -- Since I'm pretty sure you don't have QT Pro (grin), this isn't going to work for you. I can throw you the 30 MB dual-language movie I made this way - e-mail me offline and I'll temporarily put it on my webserver or upload it to your FTP or whatever. --Chris On Jul 21, 2005, at 3:29 PM, Elliotte Harold wrote:
