User-agent: Mozilla Thunderbird 1.0 (Windows/20041206)
Thanks Landis. I tried "cache" set to false, but that did not work as I
expected.
Added targetcache="false" and presto. Problem fixed. QuickTime no longer
creates a file in C:\Documents and Settings\"User Account"\Local
Settings\Temp\Temporary Internet Files\Content.IE5\.
Please also note that I am using KIOSKMODE="true" as well.
Best,
Donald

I don't really know the exact details, but have you tried
cache="false" in your embed/object tags?

Hello my friends,
Working on a project that has a requirement to prevent the best media
player, QuickTime from creating a Temp file when used with IE in
C:\Documents and Settings\"User Account"\Local
Settings\Temp\Temporary Internet Files\Content.IE5\Š
Is there a way to prevent this from happening? I do not want a file
created in any of the temp folders, how could I stop the file from
being created? I have already added KIOSKMODE="true" and still no
solution.
Thank you; your assistance is greatly appreciated.
