Confused about QTJava.zip versioning.

When I gather version information on a QTSession, my QT version is 7.0 and my QTJava version is 6.1. I assume that, if I want to have available some of the new features in QT 7, then I will need a QTJava.zip that corresponds to v7. Thus far I am only developing this on Tiger...

Is there a newer QTJava.zip that I can get that I haven't been able to automatically get via Software Update? It just seems strange to me that the versions are different...
