QuickTime 7 Pro question

Hello,

This is not really QTJava related, but.... We have a Java application that
utilizes QTJava
to play the video files within the application. The main reason we adopted
QTJava is
because the Quicktime Player can play MPEG4 video, and we are in the
process of
converting our video files from MPEG1 to MPEG4.

Anyways, we are trying to find a good tool that could convert our MPEG1
videos to
MPEG4. Has anyone used QuickTime 7 Pro, and if so, can it convert MPEG1
video
to MPEG4? And, if it can, how was the quality?

Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

Mary
