quicktime Metadata API available for java?

Hi I was wondering if the Quicktime Metadata API ( ref http://developer.apple.com/documentation/QuickTime/Conceptual/QT7UpdateGuide/Chapter02/chapter_2_section_9.html )
is a part of Quicktime for Java .

The Javadoc at http://developer.apple.com/documentation/Java/Reference/1.3.1/Java131API_QTJ/index.html

does not mention the Metadata API classes.


Can anyone point to any relevant resources.
