It's been about a month now since a security update broke QTJava for some of our users.

In response to this bug we put everything else aside and spent a week or two testing most of our apps in Java 1.5, and released updates accordingly.

We just had another user call in to report this issue on one of our older products. We don't want to enter a testing cycle for this product, because it's no longer supported, but it sure would be nice if it continued to work like it did prior to December.

Our radar bug (ID 4897374) has stayed eerily silent. Anybody out there have any comments? Does the squeaky wheel... at least get acknowledged in writing?
