I wanted to send out the StartupParameters.plist with the
modification that includes "resolver" as that seems to eliminate
the "your home directory is not in the usual place" message. But
it has to go as root. How have others sent out .plists?

You don't need to do anything complicated.. Make sure the permissions
are as you want on your local system, then use Copy File to send it out.
