I know this is unrelated from the purpose of the List but it sort
of is
the best place. We are all working with a Helpdesk of sorts.
Does anyone out there have a Issue Tracking software that they are
happy
with? Currently we are in the process of moving to a more open
system,
but are still going through and trying to find what will work best.
We want something that can be used all 3 major platforms (Windows,
Linux, and of course, Mac).
Any information/ advice, any of you have would be greatly appreciated.
