Hi Kelly

com.apple.print.PrintingPrefs.plist is the pref

I logged in as a user, gave them access to printer system prefs and looked in Library, Preferences for what had changed

It was com.apple.print.PrintingPrefs.plist

I used File Blaster to copy it to Library, Preferences

I then used Passenger to copy the correct permissions of username R/W and group adminR/W to the Library, Preferences folder

Now hopefully every student who logs in wont block the printer trying to print US letter to our A4 laser Printers

Now if only I could get Word and excel to load faster I will finally have a much more efficient network and perhaps the kids will get a better appreciation of what apple technology can offer.
