Finally we solved our problem: The person in charge of these labs had given names including a slash to the computers, so the computer names did not match the local hostnames! I guess AppleVNCServer tried endlessly to send data to the wrong computer name... or something like that. Now, after changing the slashes in the computer names everything seems to work as expected! I'll also post this conclusion to the remote-desktop list Thanks for any comment or feedback. Antoine |
