We've done limited testing of the Labjack OS X library and it seems to
work. We've also looked at the Data Translation DT9804 which has 100
KHz ADCs. Jeremy Johnstone has written a KEXT for that device.
I'm interested in a low cost usb data acquisition solution for OS X.
The primary usage would be in a course lab as an introduction to
computer interfacing in general, and also would be used as a virtual
low bandwidth oscilloscope.
I'm having a difficult time trying to find one with OS X support. A
product like Labjack:
would work, but it does not have official OS X drivers.
There are many small companies that produce "Labjack" type DAQ devices
but none that I have come across come with OS X support.
Thought I would try this list to see what (if at all) other people are
using.
Thanks,
-will
