I suspect some of this leaked through because the FSF GCC requires that
header. Some of our documentation for GCC is a direct import from the
FSF mainline documentation. The rest appears to come from sample code,
and is directed specifically at the Metrowerks compiler (for which it
may also not be necessary.)
I filed a few bugs.
