Take a look at a utility called Copy-Paste. It is an inexpensive piece of shareware which allows you to have clip-sets tied to a particular program.   I have clip-sets for Xcode with statements like #define, #include, - (void), ect.  They can then be pasted in with a simple keystroke combination.
