You can cut and paste text from the code browser - but then you don't get the
benefit of Shark's colorization. The best method might be to use
Command-Shift-4 followed by [space bar] to take screenshots of the windows.

If you're using Shark 4, then you can also use the "Generate Report" feature
from the File menu to output the data from the Profile pane.

Use http://developer.apple.com/bugreporter if you'd like to request some
other way to output the data.
