MPICH compilation

Yuen,

I tried your compilation of MPICH. I got the mpich running only when not
specifying any machinefile at all. Otherwise I get only:

$ mpirun -np 2 -machinefile /Users/reuti/mymachines /Users/reuti/a.out
Could not find enough machines for architecture freebsd_ppc
$

but there are enough in the machinefile (1.2.6). I will try 1.2.5.2 later
