Aside from the 2-processor job, not much difference between using 1 processor per node or using 2. I suspect that its getting low on memory for the 1-node, 2-CPU job. Each process is roughly 350Mb and the node has 1GB shared between both processors.

Do you have comparison numbers on other non-G5 clusters to share?
