Is there still a EXC_BAD_INSTRUCTION bug in Lapack/BLAS on Intel?
On MacBook Pro Core 2 Duo with 10.4.11, a call to dgeqpf_ in
a universal Cocoa application linked with vecLib fails with
EXC_BAD_INSTRUCTION in native mode and succeeds in Rosetta.
I've read this in the 10.4.8 release notes: "addresses an issue
with some complex BLAS routines in the Accelerate framework that
were encountering an illegal instruction". Was it really
completely addressed?
