My site is about hiking and camping in California. Right now the
channel only provides a picture search. Since we don't have pictures of
the entire state some searches will come up empty, but the following
searches will return results so you might want to try them to start:
"Lost Coast", "canyon", "Mount Whitney", "lake". I would like to hear
what you think about the interface and I am really curious how quick it
is on a dial up Internet connection (it's pretty fast on my cable
modem). And I really want to know if something doesn't work.
I would like to explain one thing about the interface since it won't
make much sense. Everything is inside a main tab. Anybody who looks at
my channel will wonder why I bothered using tabs if there is only one
of them. The reason is because in addition to Pictures I will be adding
Maps and then Weather. I hope to have Maps available by the end of the
weekend (currently the Map This Picture button links to my site, but I
would like to link that to another tab instead). Think of it as
planning ahead.
So there you have it. Please check it out and give me any feedback you
might have.
