Sorry if this has already been answered.. it looks like John Anderson
addressed this question on the users list.

Your playlist names need to have a "+" prepended to the embedded-playlist
filename.  Ie.
+"/var/streaming/playlists/test1/test1.playlist" 5
or
+/var/streaming/playlists/test1/test1.playlist" 5

The following causes a problem for me:
"+/var/streaming/playlists/test1/test1.playlist" 5

The web admin will modify the quotes, so you'll need to run MP3Broadcaster
manually.
I think that will solve your problem..
