There is likely nothing wrong with your server. You're just not using
it
correctly. The documention explains that in order to view an RTSP
streamed
movie you need to use an RTSP url that references your QTSS server's
IP address, along with the path to the movie. Launch QuickTime Player,
and under File use "Open URL" and then paste in a URL like this:
If you wish to actually embed this RTSP stream within a web page, then
you
need to read the documentation on "Setting up a Web page with streamed
media".
View the help by logging into your QTSS Streaming Web Admin
(http://qtss.domain.com:1220)
and then click on the (?) (lower-left on the main QTSS web admin page),
and
then click on "Procedures" in the Help page, and then click on "Setting
up a Web
page with streamed media".

then i get this message.
