DSS, Broadcaster and Windows

Hi All,

i need some help.
Am i right, there is no  QuickTime Broadcaster for Windows machines?
Can i run DSS4.1.1 and something like QuickTime Broadcaster on the same
Windows machine?
(is there something comparable to QT Broadcaster for Windows?(for sure not))
Will Apple develope the QT Broadcaster as well for Windows?
