I9ve just started using DSS on Mac OS 10.1.5. I9ve been trying to get the
stream to display song titles, and artist when it sends data, but I9ve run
into a few problems. Testing, I9ve found this behavior:
* v1 ID3 Tags don9t work at all
* v2.2-2.3 Tags only display the song title if there is no info any any
other fields
* v2.4 Displays the filename, regardless of info in fields
* Type Code must be MP3
* Haven9t tested extension
I9ve tried changing the filetypes to no avail. Has anyone been able to have
DSS send the song title and artist in the stream, and if so, what version of
ID3 tags were you using, what was the creator code, and what did you use to
edit the tags. Thanks, and forgive my newbieness.
