QT on Win2K server

Hi - I'm running Darwin 4-1-1 on Win2K, the streaming is working great.
However, I have a QT file that includes several URL events during the
playback. The file works fine when accessed over our local network - all
URL's are called correctly - in the right target etc. However, when the
file is accessed from the RTSP server, the file streams OK, but no URL's
are called. I have tried the file from a standard HTTP server, and the
URL's are called OK. I'm assuming that the problem is with the server
configuration - maybe a MIME or something. 
 
Any help greatly appreciated.
