newbie streaming question

I have a newbie streaming question. I am using Mac OS X Server ver 2 and
applied all the updates to this version including qtss 3.01. To test the
server out I download three movie trailers from Apple's QuickTime site
and exported these using QuickTime pro as hinted movies. I then placed
these in the Library/QuickTimeStreaming/Movies folder and proceeded to
start the server up. The first problem I encountered is the server
continues to tell me virtually on every click of a button that the site
is not secure, it also takes for ever to load each page of the server
admin. However once I was able to start the server I did manage to
stream these movies using QuickTime player and the following line
rtsp://192.168.1.10/sample.mov. My next problem was in creating a play
list. I followed the steps and called my play list "test" proceeded on
clicking create which seem to take forever to do. I added the three
movies including the sample movie apple provides into my play list. At
the point of clicking on the play button of my play list the "stopped"
changes to a yellow triangle with an exclamation mark in. On clicking on
this to read the error report I always get error 19 movies 3 out of 4 do
not match sdp. I have tried changing the movies and the order in which
they appear in the list but the same error every time. I did get it to
report playing once but when typing in to the QuickTime player
rtsp://192.168.1.10/test.sdp it reported an error saying the server was
not playing. I have formatted my sever and reinstalled everything twice
but he same thing happens. Please help, Thanks!!!
