415 error with Sorenson 3

Did I miss something?
I recently started encoding my videos using Cleaner 5 with Sorenson 3 and am
unable to stream them. They play fine with QT5.02 but will not stream. Older
videos not compressed with Sorenson 3 stream fine.

Anybody else run across this?
