Are you trying to start this PlaylistBroadcast via the Web Admim's
PlaylistBroadcaster page?

If so, the Web Admin PLB user interface is intended to be used
for unicasting to the local host.

If you wish to use the PlaylistBroadcaster to originate a
multicast source, then you need to run PlaylistBroadcaster fromk
the command-line, and also DON'T use the announce protocol (no -a).

Check the options (-h) for PlaylistBroadcaster.
