How can you configure Sorenson Broadcaster to deliver a stream depending on
the clients connection speed?
Short answer: You can't.
Longer answer: There are currently no QuickTime broadcasting
applications that I know about that can stream multiple bitrates from
the same computer. Your only option right now is to split the
incoming audio/video into multiple connections, and plug them in to
more than one computer.
Editorial: And this is bad.
