The default for Playlists created via the Playlist Streaming Web Admin
is for 'announced' broadcast.
If you are then later trying to start it up yourself via the command-line,
then make sure you add in the -announce command:
root# PlaylistBroadcaster /var/streaming/playlists/playlists -announce
