advice for a newbie

Hi everyone,

I'm new to the whole streaming quicktime field. Part of my job as an
E-Learning developer is to look at using movies and streaming to enhance
teaching for my school. I have used quicktime since version 3 so I'm very
familair with it. However, at work everything is PC based. I just need to
know if there are any issues I need to be aware of when setting up Darwin
Quicktime Streaming on a NT server? I'm trying to convience my superiors
that Quicktime is the best way to go if we want interactive movies....
Windows Media Player is just to inflexible to do anything with. Sure it can
stream, but I want to do more. I was told that we needed to get a Realmedia
Server to stream QT content over a PC network, but such a server is way too
expensive. If Darwin Quicktime Streaming Server can do it it would be great.

Thanks in advance,

Niall
