No Remote Streaming

Greetings:

I'm using QTSS 3 with MacOSX Server. My .mov files stream perfectly when I access them via Quicktime Player or via a web browser on my local server. When I try to access the same movies from another computer using the same URL, I get "Connecting" and nothing else. The movies never load and play from a remote connection.

Has someone else run across this problem? Any advice or help would be greatly appreciated.
