I have tried several times on different servers to install the Darwin
Streaming Server.

I install nsPerl 5 and install the darwin server.  I run the server in the
services.  Then I try to run the streamingadminserver.pl and the DOS prompt
hangs.  Why is it doing this?  Is there something I'm missing?

Can someone please help.  I've tried uninstalling/installing, etc.  I've done
it on 3 different Windows NT and Windows 2000 Machines.
