Yes, but....
QT server can either be bound to a single IP or All IPs.
So... if you want to provide streaming over port 80 and also provide web
serving, you have to pick an IP and hence limit yourself to a single
interface.
If you don't care about streaming over port 80 or you do, but don't want
to do web serving, don't bind QTSS to any particular IP and it will
listen to any ips setup on the server.
