Mike,
Yes, you can run QTSS and QT Broadcaster on the same machine.  In QTSS
4.1.1 we actually provide a way to administer a local QT Broadcaster
through the QTSS web admin tool.

The caveat is that QT Broadcaster can use a lot of CPU resources when
broadcasting high-bitrate live streams..  So if you're going to use high
bitrate streams or put a lot of load on the server, you may want to do
some testing to see what the system is capable of.
