two beginner questions

Hello,

I have two beginner questions:

I am running the streaming server version 4.1.1 on a linux system. I can use the quicktime program on a 2000 system to play the mp4 and mov files that came with the server. However when ever I download a mp4 or mov file and place it in /usr/local/movies with the correct permissions and owner on the file I get 415: unsupported media type error message. However I can download that same mp4 or mov file to the microsoft system that I used as the client and it plays fine. What am I doing wrong?

The other question I have is were can I get documentation on how to use and setup the server?
