Chris,
I set my client to use HTTP transport in the QuickTime system
preferences, and then specified port 554 instead of the default 80.
Once that's done, you use the same URL that you would use otherwise,
rtsp://<hostname>/<moviename>
I don't think you will be able to use that specific method when testing
from work, but it might be worth a try. You'll probably have to bind or
map QTSS to port 80 in order to access it from your workplace, using the
HTTP transport over port 80.
