Darwin Streaming Server on XP Home (and Professional)

Hi Everyone,

I'm new to Darwin, and checked out the groups, but found limited information on Darwin on XP. I have the following problem:

I setup Darwin on XP (Just used the Windows Server version and made NO changes for XP Home) and I can start, stop it etc. from windows services (I have not setup active perl). I can stream the sample movie file to myself by using quicktime to refer to the loopback URL " rtsp://127.0.0.1/sample_100kbit.mov". It even works when I use the actual IP of my machine (192.168.0.1), which means the URL " rtsp://192.168.0.1/sample_100kbit.mov" ALSO WORKS.  However, another machine on the SAME network running quicktime cannot connect to "rtsp://192.168.0.1/sample_100kbit.mov ". Any idea why this happens?

Is it because Im using XP Home? Does XP home not allow even one connection to it?

Please advise
thanks
