Hello,

I seem to have found a problem when building DSS with gcc 4 on Linux (fedora core 4). The build succeeds, but when I use quicktime player 7 to play the rtsp:// file, it waits then fails. Strangely, videolan (VLC) and quicktime player 6.5 work.

When I build DSS with gcc 3.x, all three players work fine.

The source code that I built was the DSS 5.5 tarball, as well as a CVS dated 15-dec-05. same thing happens in both cases, they don't like gcc4/qtplayer7.

Can anyone else confirm if this problem occurs?
